missing menu bar

1ere solution

1. Login to Business Objects Full client.
2. When it is open, Press Alt +F11 to activate the VBA Window.
3. Press CTRL + G for the 'Immediate Window' if it is not already open.
4. Type the following line into the 'Immediate Window':
application.cmdbars.activemenubar.visible = true
5. Click Enter.

2eme solution

In c:documents and settings<user_name>local settingsapplication databolocData you may find .key files and *.lsi files. Delete file <domain name>.lsi.

3eme solution

regedit:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> SOFTWARE --> BUSINESS OBJECTS --> SUITE 6.0 --> DEFAULT -->APPLICATION PREFERENCES --> BUSINESS OBJECTS

and delete all key starting with Toolbarxxxxx
