If your Business Objects menu bar disappears, try the following steps:
From the Windows 'Start' menu, select 'Run'.
Type 'regedit' in the 'Run' dialog box.
Locate and delete this registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Business Objects>Suite 11.5>default>BusinessObjects>Application
Preferences>BusinessReporter
Restart Desktop Intelligence
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try deleting the registry key in the same path, but under HKEY_USERS & the user's SID:
HKEY_USERS
