'Business Excellence International Customer Data Functional Expert'


Your challenge :

International Customer Data Expet is mainly involved in a new project team representing business requirements related to Customer Data. You develop close collaboration with business stakeholders at Headquarters and at Markets’ level to ensure full representation of expertise and secure business buy in. You define and optimize the B2C and B2B business processes of its dedicated functional area, participate to the retail tool selection, test and approve designed solutions. You is the guardian of the business process’ efficiency, robustness, and maintenance and are especially in charge of getting the customer centric vision applied across targeted processes and applications. You are active with Representation Customer Data business requirements in retail program, Tool selection, Business process design and Training & documentation support.

Your profile :

Degree in Mathematics or Economics, 8 – 10 years experience in Customer Data management in large companies , Functional background in : B2C and B2B, Sales & Marketing (Customer insights, Activation, Loyalty mgt including segmentation, Customer data), Very good knowledge of digital environment, experience in large implementation projects. You are very business oriented, autonomous, pro active and positive, can take challenge with success. French and English fluent, other language an asset.
