About this job
KICKRS.NET is seeking an individual with experience in BI to design its e-commerce metrics (marketing performance and onsite performance) tools and processes, provide insights and strategic recommendations to management and hand over the designed BI standardized system to the organization. The BI expert will work closely with key stakeholders to help make data-driven BI system based upon web analytics, A/B testing, CRM, and competitive intelligence tools.

About the work
• Define key operating metrics, develop related analyses, perform modeling and provide recommendations
• Analyse data from multiple sources to develop understanding of website behaviours and identify, prioritize areas of improvement in site usability
• Monitor website performance, quickly identify areas of concern and propose corrective actions based on analysis
• Create web analytics tracking requirements, conduct customer behaviour analysis and contribute to the testing and optimization of our website
• Train internal team in the use of BI tools

Desired Skills and Experience
• Ideally 4+ years in an analytics role within an ecommerce environment
• Bachelor degree in Math, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Finance or Economics required
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional analytic skills – ability to synthesize large amounts of data and find creative solutions when faced with data limitations
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, technology platforms, payment processes and content management
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Must embrace the idea of working in a startup environment and love football and sports in general

Duration
• Flexible entry date, ideally between November 2015 to February 2016
• 1 to 3 months length (to be determined)
• Project will have remuneration based upon time and expected outcome
